Hi,
Let x represent the time it will take them to make a quilt working together
Question State. Per day being the equalizer
1/3 + 1/4 = 1/x multiplying each term by 12x so as all denomoinators= 1
4x + 3x = 12
7x = 12
x = 12/7 OR 1 5/7, the days it takes to make 'one' together
Making 35 Quilts working together... would take 35*12/7 = 60 days
