Let x and (x+5) represent the smaller and larger respectively

Question States***

 3/5(x+5) = (3/4)x  

solving for x

 12(x+5) = 15x    Multiplying both sides of equation by 20

  60 + 12x = 15x

     60 = 3x

      x = 20, the smaller number. Larger number is 25

 3/5*25 = 15 = 3/4*20
