16^2-x=8^3x

 %282%5E4%29%5E%282-x%29+=+%282%5E3%29%5E%283x%29

 2%5E%284%282-x%29%29+=+2%5E%283%283x%29%29

   4(2-x) = 9x

    8 - 4x = 9x

       8 = 13x

       8/13 = x
