-7y = 2
6x = -8y
5y^2 + 2x = -4
4x^2 + 9y = -8

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If you solve for y on 5y%5E2+%2B+2x+=+-4+, you'll find that you'll get a plus/minus when taking the square root (to isolate y). Since this generates two equations, this means that 5y%5E2+%2B+2x+=+-4+ is NOT a function of x.
