I'm assuming that the equation is y=%283%2F2%29x. First swap x and y to get x=%283%2F2%29y and then solve for y to get y=%282%2F3%29x



If the equation on the other hand is y=3%2F%282x%29, the same procedure is followed. Swap x and y to get x=3%2F%282y%29 and solve for y to get y=3%2F%282x%29. In this case, the inverse is the same equation.
