Using the standard slope-intercept form for an equation of a line y = mx + b
where m is the slope and b the y-intercept
slope of the line is the (change in y value)/(change in x value).
m = 1/1 OR m = 1 (note: graph)
y = 1*x + 1
OR y = x + 1 is the equation of the line in the slope-intercept form
