You can put this solution on YOUR website! y+x=14
y=-x+14
•X intercept is found by setting y to 0: ax+by=c becomes ax=c. that means that x = c/a. 14/1 = 14.
•Y intercept is found by setting x to 0: the equation becomes by=c, and therefore y = c/b. Y intercept is 14/1 = 14.
•Slope is -1/1 = -1.
•Equation in slope-intercept form: y=-1*x+14

when y=0, x=14 (14,0)
when x=0, y=14 (0,14)
when x=1, y=-1+14=13 (1,13)
