From the first and second statements, the sum of the digits must be 6, since the sum of the digits must be a multiple of 3 for the number to be a multiple of 3. Therefore the only possibilities are 51, 42, 33, 24, 15. The number is odd, so only 51, 33, 15 are possible. The product of the digits is between 4 and 8 so 33 cannot be it, but either 51 or 15 are possible.
