You can put this solution on YOUR website!
3%2F%28x%2B2%29-2x%2F%28x%5E2-4%29 First off, factor the second denominator
3/(x+2)-2x/[(x+2)(x-2)] Next, your common denominator needs to be (x+2)(x-2), so you need to multiply your top and bottom of the first fraction with (x-2)
[(3)(x-2]/[(x+2)(x-2)]-2x/[(x+2)(x-2)] Now you can combine the numerators and leave the denominators the same.
[(3)(x-2)-2x]/[(x+2)(x-2)] Distribute the 3 and simplify the top.
(3x-6-2x)/[(x+2)(x-2)]
(x-6)/[(x+2)(x-2) ]Pray this works. Haven't messed with the whole fraction function yet.
Dang it, it didn't work. I am so sorry. Maybe you can half way follow this. I know it's messy.

I don't know why tutor Tara said it didn't work.
That's the answer.
