If f(x)=5-x-x^2,
then f(-x) = 5+x-x^2

find in simplest form:
2f(x)-f(-x)
= 2(5-x-x^2)-(5+x-x^2)
= 10-2x-2x^2-5-x+x^2
= 5-3x-x^2
