You can put this solution on YOUR website! . The equation is the same as , or , or . Incidentally, the quantity can only be non-negative, and so the last equation has no real solution in x. It is inconsistent.

2sqrt(x)=-2
sqrt(x)=-1
x=1 Square each side.

So x=1 is extraneous and there is no answer.
