SOLUTION: If cos theta = 3/5 and sin theta < 0, find: sin theta, sec theta, csc theta, tan theta, cos theta.
I don't know how to find this at all, can I have an explanation on how?

You can put this solution on YOUR website! By the Pythagorean identity, sin (theta) = +- 4/5, but since it is less than zero, sin (theta) = -4/5. To find the rest, just use the following definitions:
sec x = 1/cos(x)
csc x = 1/sin(x)
tan x = sin(x)/cos(x)
cot x = 1/tan(x) = cos(x)/sin(x)
