square perimeter = 4x
triangle perimeter = 3(x+6)

3(x+6)=4x+13
3x+18=4x+13
add -4x to both sides
-x+18=13
add -18 to both sides
-x=-18+13
-x=-5
x=5 inches the square side
triangle side = x+6 = 11inches
