Therefore, the denominator 4z-6 must not be zero.
Therefore, the forbidden value would be
4z-6=0

Add 6 to both sides:
4z=6

Divide both sides by 4:

z=+3%2F2 IS THE FORBIDDEN VALUE!!

Therefore the restriction on z is that Z must NOT equal 3%2F2.
