Question 383387: Ok I have submitted this three times cause I'm so lost but I figured it this far now what!!! or am I wrong Solve using the quadratic formula and round your answers to the nearest tenth:
3x^2+4x-2=0
a=3 ,b=4, c=2
x=(-bą√(b^2-4ac))/2a
x=√(-(4)+&+(〖4)〗^2 )- 2x3x2 /2x3
x=(4+√(16-12))/6
x=(4+√4)/6 x=

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
3x^2+4x-2=0
a=3 ,b=4, c=-2 ( c =-2)

Discriminant b^2-4ac = 16-4*3*(-2)=40
...
x1=((-4+sqrt(40))/6))
x1=0.4
x=((-4-sqrt(40))/6))
x2=-1.7
