Question 38293: Could you help me solve this problem the directions is multiply then simplify each expression The Expression is: (3x+2)(x^-5x+2) Answer by fractalier(6550) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! What we do is multiply each term in the first expression times each term in the second expression...so we have
(3x + 2)(x^2 - 5x + 2) =
3x^3 - 15x^2 + 6x + 2x^2 - 10x + 4
Now collect like terms...
= 3x^3 - 13x^2 - 4x + 4
and we're done...
