-3|4x| >= 24 |divide by -3
this is impossible since the left handside is negative, but should be bigger than 24
indeed :
|4x| <= -8
if x>0 : 4x <= -8, which is impossible
if x<0 : -4x <= -8, x>=2, which is also impossible.
