This seems to be correct.
3(x-5) + 3x = 4x + 5
Distribute...
3x - 15 + 3x = 4x + 5
Combine like terms...
6x - 15 = 4x + 5
Subtract 4x from both sides...
2x - 15 = 5
Add 15 to both sides...
2x = 20
Now divide both sides by 2...
x = 10
