You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Through(9,5) ,
Parallel to -7x + 6y = -57
write the equation in slope intercept form
+7x
6y=7x-57
/6
y=(7/6)x-(57/6)
..
slope = 7/6
..
the slope of line parallel to this line will be the same.
so m= 7/6
Point(9,5)
Find b in y = mx+b
5=7/6 *9 +b
5=21/2+b
b=5-21/2
b=-11/2
...
the equation will be
y=(7/6)x-11/2
...
