Multiply by (x+6)*(x+12)

x%5E2+%2B+18x+%2B+72+=+16x+%2B+192+-+14x+-+84
x%5E2+%2B+16x+-+36+=+0
(x + 18)*(x - 2) = 0
x = 2
x = -18
