Question 37862: a^2m * b^m+1 over a^m *b i need to simplify this. i know a^2m simlifies to a^m but i dont know what b^m+1 over b would simlify to? Answer by ilana(307) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! a^(2m)/a^m = a^m because 2m-m=m.
Similarly, b^(m+1)/b = b^(m+1)/b^1 = b^m because m+1-1=m.
Ao we get a^m*b^m.
