multiply by 5
8x*5 + 16x/5 *5 = 2800*5

x= 14000/56
x = 250 non school children toddlers
school children = 7x = 1750
adult = 2/5 * 2000 =800
adult 800, school children = 1750, nonschool children toddlers = 250
