Numerator:
((6x+9)/(3x-8))-(8(3x-8)/(3x-8))
=(6x+9-24x+64)/(3x-8)
=(-18x+73)/(3x-8)
Denominator:
(8x+24)/(3x-8) - (3x-8)/(3x-8)
=(8x+24-3x+8)/(3x-8)
=(5x+32)/(3x-8)

(-18x+73)/(3x-8) / (5x+32)/(3x-8)
=(-18x+73)/(3x-8) * (3x-8)/(5x+32)
=(-18x+73)/(5x+32)
