You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Hint: Use the idea that if AB=0 then A=0 or B=0


So in your case, if %283w%2B3%29%28w%5E2-2w-24%29=0, then 3w%2B3=0 or w%5E2-2w-24=0. From here, solve each equation separately.
