Question 375922: Using a calculator, determine the solutions for each question, to two decimal places, on the interval 0<=x<=2pi.
sin2x = 1/sqrt2
I got one answer as 0.39 and 1.18 but how do I continue from there seeing as how the domain is from 0<=x<=2pi.
Thanks.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
sin%282x%29+=+1%2Fsqrt%282%29+=+sqrt%282%29%2F2
2x = pi/4 + n*2pi n = 0,1,2,3...
2x = 3pi/4 + n*2pi, n = 0,1,2,3...
---------------------
x = pi/8 + n*pi, n = 0,1,2,3...
x = pi/8, 9pi/8
x =~ 0.3926, 3.5343
--------------
x = 3pi/8 + n*pi, n = 0,1,2,3...
x =~ 1.1781, 4.3197
