I do not see how to write it. I think that your teacher is screwing with you. So to answer your question, no it can not be done. And no you can not write pi in roman numerals, pi is an irrational constant that continues infinitely. Here is the most detailed number I can give you for pi.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! I'm assuming you meant "googol" (the really larger number) and not "google" (the really large company)
Since placing a bar over a roman numeral multiplies that number by itself (ie exponentiation), this means that if you place 50 bars over C, you'll have , which is a googol.
