cross%2815%29%28-2%2Fcross%2815%29%29%2B15%28p%29=cross%2815%29%28-8%2Fcross%2815%29%29 Multiply EVERY term by the LCD 15 to clear all of the fractions.


-2%2B15p=-8 Multiply and simplify.


15p=-8%2B2 Add 2 to both sides.


15p=-6 Combine like terms on the right side.


p=%28-6%29%2F%2815%29 Divide both sides by 15 to isolate p.


p=-2%2F5 Reduce.
