You can put this solution on YOUR website!

Point-slope form for a linear equation with slope m and a point (x1,y1) is:

y-y1=m(x-x1)

In this case, we have

m=6.1 and a point (0,6)

So we have:

y-6=6.1%28x-0%29

y=6.1x%2B6

We can easily see that the equation is now in slope-intercept form with slope m=6.1 and y-intercept of 6!

Slope-intercept form is y=mx+b where m is the slope and b is they y-intercept.

The answer therefore is:

y=6.1x%2B6

I hope this helps!
