base = 2x+3

Area of triangle = 1/2 * base * height
1/2 * x*(2x+3) = 45
..

x(2x+3) = 90
2x^2+3x=90
2x^2+3x-90=0
2x^2+15x-12x-90=0
x(2x+15)-6(2x+15)=0
(2x+15)(x-6)=0
x = 6 m the height
base = 2x+3 = 2*6 +3 = 15m
