Question 371075: Trains A and B are traveling in the same direction on parallel tracks. Train A is traveling at 40 miles per hour and train B is traveling at 50 miles per hour. Train A passes a train station at 6:10pm. If train B passes the same station at 6:22pm.,at what time will train B catch up to train A?
I need a time for when train B will catch up to train A

If you can help, I REALLY appreciate it. I have such a hard time with certain word problems.

speed difference is 10 mph
12 min = 20% of an hour
40*.2=8 mi lead
8/10=0.80=80% of an hr to catch up.
60*0.80=48 min
6:22+:48=7:10 pm
