2A/3=8+4A combine a terms.
2A/3-4A=8
(2A-3*4A)/3=8
(2A-12A)/3=8 cross multiuply.

A=24/-10
A=-2.4 ans.
Proof:
2*-2.4/3=8+4*-2.4
-4.8/3=8-9.6
-1.6=-1.6
