Using Pythagorean theorem,
xy%5E2%2Byz%5E2=xz%5E2
Substituting,
xw%5E2%2Bwz%5E2=xz%5E2
So then Triangle xwz is also a right triangle.
Both right triangles have the same leg lengths and same hypotenuse.
They are congruent.
