You can put this solution on YOUR website!
There are 52 cards.

There are 4 Queens.

There are 13 Spades, however one of the Spades is a Queen!

So number of Queens + number of Spades - number of Queens which are Spades is

4%2B13-1=16

So the probability that you select a Queen or a Spade is 16/52 or 4/13

This is approximately 0.308

So you would have a 30.8% chance of pulling a Queen or a Spade from a standard deck of cards.

I hope this helps!
