Hi,
Solving each line for y and checking out the slope according to the general
slope-intercept format for a line y = mx + b where m is the slope
3x-5y=3
3/5x - 3/5 = y slope of this line = (3/5)
-5x+3y=8
y = 5/3x + 8/3 slope of this line = 5/3
Neither parallel or perpendicular
