You can put this solution on YOUR website!

Hi,
Are y = 3/5x-13 and 6x-10y = -9 parallel lines
Putting the second in the general slope-intercept form of a line:
y = mx + b so as to see it's slope.
6x-10y = -9
6x - 9 = 10y
(6/10)x - 9/10 = y Or
y = (3/5)x - 9/10
these lines are parallel, they have identical slopes
