Question 369276: Identify the domain and range of the relation, and determine whether the relation is a function. {(-2,6), (0,5), (16,-5), (0,-6)}.
I don't believe this is a function, because there are two 0's in the X coordinate. Answer by Fombitz(32388) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! You can have two zeros in the x but they can't have a different y. A function requires a unique y value with each x value. This one has two y values for one x value.
