F*r^2 = G*m1*m2

F is the gravitional attraction between 2 bodies, one with mass m1, the other with mass m2, and r the distance between them. G is the gravitational constant.

This is Newton's law of universal gravitation (although you're missing a negative sign).
Two bodies are attracted to each other proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them.
