Let x be the first integer. The next 3 consecutive integers will be:

x+1, x+2, and x+3

Thus, we know

x+(x+1)+(x+2)+(x+3)=250

4x+6=250

4x=244

x=61

Thus, the four integers are 61, 62, 63, and 64!
