Question 367255: I've been trying to solve this problem for a while now and no matter what I do I can't get the answers to check. Here's the problem: Joe has a collection of nickels and dimes that is worth $6.20. If the number of dimes was doubled and nickels were decreased by 37, the value of the coins would be worth $4.20. How many nickels and dimes do you have? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for the help!

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
5n + 10d = 620

5(n - 37) + 10(2d) = 420
