You can put this solution on YOUR website!

Hi,

*Note: the slope tells us how the points on the line relate to one another
slope of -7 Or -7/1 tells us as that: as y decreases by 7, x increases by 1
Or as y increases by 7, x decreases by 1.
Pt(5,4)
Pt(2,y) x has decreased by 3
-7/1 = 21/-3) y has increased by 21
Pt(2,25) would be that other point
y = 25
