Hi,
Let x represent time spent traveling to work
then (2.25hr - x) would be time remaining to travel home
distance the same both ways. d = r*t
22x = 32(2.25hr - x)
22x = 32*2.25hrh - 32x
54x = 32*2.25hr
x = 32*2.25/54 hr
x = 1 1/3 hr, the time spent traveling to work

22*(4/3) = 32*11/12 = 88/3
