Solve for . You will get a decimal fraction result which means that you cannot score exactly 84% on a 68 question exam where all of the questions have equal weight. Take the value you get for and round UP. If you just round off, you will end up rounding down and you will achieve slightly less than 84%. To guarantee at least 84%, you have to round up.
