You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x%5E4%2B3x%5E3-x%5E2%2B6 Start with the given expression.

%28-3%29%5E4%2B3%28-3%29%5E3-%28-3%29%5E2%2B6 Plug in x=-3.

81%2B3%28-3%29%5E3-%28-3%29%5E2%2B6 Raise -3 to the 4th power to get 81.

81%2B3%28-27%29-%28-3%29%5E2%2B6 Cube -3 to get -27.

81%2B3%28-27%29-9%2B6 Square -3 to get 9.

81-81-9%2B6 Multiply 3 and -27 to get -81.

-3 Combine like terms.

So x%5E4%2B3x%5E3-x%5E2%2B6=-3 when x=-3
