Hi,
-9(x-9)=2(2-x)-2
removing the parenthesis by applying the distributive principle
-9x + 81 = 4 - 2x - 2
***isolating the variable x on one side of the equaton
by performing operations on both sides of the equation
81 = 7x +2 adding 9x to both sides
79 = 7x subtracting 2 from both sides of the equation
79/7 = x dividing both sides by 7
