You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let n = the number of nickels
n + 7 = the number of dimes
Equation
.05n + .10(n+7) = 4.00
.05n + .10n + .7= 4.00
.15n = 4.00 - .7
n = 3.30/.15
n = 22
n+7 = 29
Jon has 22 nickels and 29 dimes
