Question 364629: I thought I had this problem done correctly but I was told the answer was wrong. So I am trying to see if the problem is solved the correctly.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Between -infinity and z=0, 50% of the distribution lies.
Between -infinity and z=z%5B1%5D, X% of the distribution lies.
So then between z%5B1%5D and z=0, 30.78% of the distribution lies.
X=50-30.78=19.22
Find z%5B1%5D, so that P%28z%5B1%5D%29=0.1922
Using EXCEL's NORMSINV function,
highlight%28z%5B1%5D=-0.86982%29
