You can put this solution on YOUR website! Based on the fact that your B and C are the same and I got a different but similar answer, I'm guessing you had a typo. I got 3x+2y / 2x+5.
The first fraction, x-2 / 3x-2y, does not simplify. In the other, though, we have 2 factorable expressions. 9x^2-4y^2 is the difference of 2 squares, so it is (3x+2y)(3x-2y). 2x^2+x-10 can be factored to (2x+5)(x-2). So, everything cancels out except (3x+2y)/(2x+5).
