Hi,
.50 for 1/5mi, leaving 2mi-1/5mi = (9/5)mi Or %289%2A2%2F%285%2A2%29%29+=+%2818%2F10%29mi to go
Note: $0.20 for each tenth of a mile remaining
.50 + .20*18 = $0.50 + $3.60 = $4.10
