You don't. At least not in the normal sense of the word "solve."
You can convert a number from standard notation to scientific notation, or, given enough time and resources, convert any number in scientific notation to standard notation. I put in the caveat about time and resources because it is quite possible to write a number in scientific notation that is so very large or so very small that were you to attempt to write it in standard notation it would take you several lifetimes even if you excluded every other activity.
