VOLUME=L*H*W SO IF THE LENGTH IS 2*L, THE HEIGHT IS 2*H AND THE WIDTH IS 3*W THEN L*H*W BECOMES 2*L*2*H*3*W OR 2*2*3*L*H*W OR 12*L*H*W ORIGINAL VOLUME IS INCREASED BY A FACTOER OF 12.
